1. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Clio, one of the best restaurants in Boston and the meal was excellent, but the room was quite noisy.

3. The location can't be beat (walking distance from Newbury Street, public transport and anything else you might want) and the Hotel itself is consistently and deservedly voted to be Boston's best.
