Good:-Location is central, close to 2 T stations-Free fast wired internetBad:-Room sizes are small, and ours was triangular which was awkward-Lobby area is very small-Some fixtures are not that great - the washroom door would not properly close and lock - you could hear everything in the room and the shower door was squeaky-There was only one elevator, which was quite slow at timesOverall, it is a good hotel but nothing special.

4. Check-in was fast and curious, but the night staff shown as knowledgeable and resourceful, assisting in getting me safely to where I could get food (their restaurant was closed due to private party) and a quiet drink.

5. There's the subway, a supermarket, fast food outlets, a wine/beer outlet all less then five minutes around the corner (sadly no 'fridge in the hotel room though) and pubs and restaurants a little further on in Portland and Canal Streets.

Negatives:No room service (but, as has been mentioned elsewhere - there are many fast-food joints round the corner, near the Garden and numerous restaurants in the main town);It`s slightly out of the main tourist drag - but no more than a 10 minute walk to the Faneuil Hall shopping area along a pretty busy main road.
