1. On several occasions the staff brought extra toiletries, towels, etc to the room (with a smile every time) and the staff out front requested some of the best restaurants in the area- If you had questions or requests things were taken care of immediately .

3. The front desk personnel are usually involved with the telephone or talking to each other, except for Brett who is the best person at the desk as far as to taking care of business in a timely manner and recognizing you as a return guest.

7. If I was willing to pay an extra $150/night I would have chosen a different hotel location, but I thought the Bulfinch was a good value for the money, and the staff really takes care of their guests.

9. We could check in a bit earlier then granted and the staff was very friendly and helpful - though we did not have any special needs to be taken care of.
