3. That being said, it is in a great location, and I found an amazing price on it for my trip, so if I needed a cheap place to stay in the north end area, I would probably consider staying again.

6. I am NEVER going to recommend this hotel to any friend unless they completely change their staff and offer me and my friends a night free at the hotel after giving us a HORRIBLE start to a night that was supposed to be amazing.
