1. The service was exceptional, the conditions immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was quite welcoming.

2. The front desk personnel are usually involved with the telephone or talking to each other, except for Brett who is the best person at the desk as far as to taking care of business in a timely manner and recognizing you as a return guest.
