1. I understand in a big city for the rooms to be small.

2. However the immediate area is a little dodgy - fine in the day but I wasn't a big fan of walking around there at night - and if you're not there for a basketball game, the only things in the nearby streets are a subway, pharmacy and a few dive bars.
