1. We were so excited to be heading back to Boston but disappointed at the incredible cost of accommodation in the city.

6. We had planned to stay two nights, but our flight was cancelled and when I called ahead to say we would be a day late they were very accommodating and didn't charge us for the first night, despite their cancellation policy.
