1. The welcome we had was excellent but the room was disappointingly small with a lot of rather large furniture in it.

5. I have always loved Kimpton hotels but this time we were dog sitting and had one extra dog with us so the more than welcoming staff was greatly appreciated.

8. Besides location, the biggest sell for us was the information on the website that spoke of kid sized robes in the rooms, a welcome gift for the younger guests, kid comment cards etc.
