The rooms are clean,
decent
sized, modern art deco type furnishings, in room safe, hairdryer, robes, nice wide sink, Gilcrest & Soames and Essential Elements toiletries, got very reasonable rate on Expedia for $169 a night (not including taxes).

Actually the location is handy, 3 mins from North T station, with a very

bar (Porter's) next door.

This boutique hotel is in
decent
location, but if I was a woman at night when the nearby TD Garden is empty, I would be very uncomfortable.
