1. Perfectly clean and good amenities.

2. The bathroom was spotlessly clean but there was no shower or bath gel only bars of soap and large bottles of shampoo and conditioner that were bolted to the wall - reminiscent of a budget hotel rather than the four star establishment that The Onyx claims to be.

3. Our bathroom floor was black and the complimentary gowns hung up in the bathroom were black and dark brown leopard skin (not at all conducive to a feeling that they were clean and unused).
