5. We stayed at the Onyx in mid-December before heading up to Maine for the Christmas and new Year break and I have to say that we were very pleased with everything the Onyx did for us during our stay.

10. The front desk staff also recognized us and called us by name even though we only stayed the one night, and they complimented my wife's new shoes and purse as she walked by to go out knowing they were brand new.
