9. She looked at the bugs, acknowledged them, I asked her to please tell maintenance so they could fix the issue, and we also noticed a 3x3' hole in the wall behind the nightstand -- classy, Crowne Plaza.

10. please, please book elsewhere, as my only recourse for my situation is knowing I could have prevented a reader from a similar fate.
