2. The heating and air conditioning in the room was adequate and quiet, controlled by a digital thermostat on the wall; the controls on the unit itself had been disabled.

Parking was adequate and free; the only issue was that it was difficult to get across four lanes and enter the hotel's first driveway after exiting from 290W; if you miss the first driveway, keep moving to the right, make the right turn on the access road, and enter the property from the driveway from the I-35N access road.
