1. The parking is free and the lot has two convenient entrances/exits to avoid having to follow the feeder road all the way to the next exit in order to go South towards downtown again.

8. Location is a bit hard to get to amidst the the interchange and celebrated Texas access roads and all, but once you figure it out, it's very conveniently located.
