1. From the way both guests and coworkers were greeted first thing in the morning, it's obvious management has created an atmosphere where people enjoy their work, and enjoy taking care of guests.

10. Incidentally, that socialization including making very inappropriate comments with profane language and stating that he didn't care about certain other guests' needs ( I assume I was included ).
