1. The rooms are nice, the hotel has a wonderful shuttle that is VERY RELIABLE to take you to Disneyland.

4. The staff were wonderful (except for the Disney desk, I found those staff memebers to be curt and not very helpful at all), all the rest were brilliant, from the front desk to the GRA's that cleaned the room.

8. We took a shower and the water was never discharged from the tub, and we need take a bath for our little babies? Kids were too little and my family was tired to go long way to switch the room and we can only try to clean the tub? I'm wondering to know if their housekeeper watch their job well.
