1. I would generally rate most Sheratons as 4 star hotels, so this was unusual.

4. 1) The staff are so friendly & helpful from the Chamber Maids to the general Manager nothing is ever too much trouble, if you ask for something then they get it for you, if you ask for directions then they find out & tell you.

7. A in general so it did us up to an hour some days to get there and back but we personally quite enjoyed coming back to the peace and tranquility.

9. I have stayed there several times and they are 100% better in the room department and in general their staff are more approachable/friendly and more willing to solve problems when they arise.
