1. Through out our stay we were greeted by most of the employees with the exception of the people who worked at the front desk, they have an arrogant air about them.

4. The staff were wonderful (except for the Disney desk, I found those staff memebers to be curt and not very helpful at all), all the rest were brilliant, from the front desk to the GRA's that cleaned the room.

10. The park is great but come outside and what are you faced with? Not a lot except concrete, freeways and factories with a few hotels and downmarket restaurants.
