1. Management could have cared less.

2. The only downside i would say is we rang the hotel once we landed in vegas to sort out a payment they had taken as a reserve and the manager Les didnt seem to care on the phone.

4. The taps on the sink and shower were hanging off the wall which meant we had to be a bit careful of them, but they worked, there weren't many available sockets in the room and the bathroom was quite small.

5. If your looking for convenience and don't care about all of the amenities some of luxury hotels offer, then this is a good place to lay your head at night.

6. one night stay this was the first hotel we saw and stayed it was getting late had limited time and wanted to get started with disneyland, the room was good, the hotel needs some money spent on it in my opinionon check out I told reception the bedside lamp was faulty there was no thank you for letting her know, or no care shown.

9. Despite the assurances of the snarly front desk clerk that it was an isolated problem, I think the hot water / sewage smell problem is a function of outdated systems and infrastructure at this hotel and is more common than they care to admit.
