1. Front desk was completely accomodating, breakfast buffet was a thing to behold, our bed was SO comfortable, biggest closet I've ever seen in a hotel room, pool & jacuzzi great, and Room Service was fast, friendly, and delicious.

2. 1 blck over is harbor blvd which has every fast food everything you can imagine and I liked the proximity but glad we weren't staying on harbor, it's too commercial and loud for our tastes.

4. Unfortunately, I was greeted by what appeared to be a trainee at the front desk and what should have been a fast process, took forever and was extremely frustrating.

9. As a few other reviewers have said, it's probably best to have a car if you plan to do anything other than Disney, though there were a couple of fast food places within walking distance.
