3. Front desk was completely accomodating, breakfast buffet was a thing to behold, our bed was SO comfortable, biggest closet I've ever seen in a hotel room, pool & jacuzzi great, and Room Service was fast, friendly, and delicious.

4. I would say the front desk staff could be more helpul, and much more friendly, however my kids got hot chocolate from the deli, and the staff working there was very nice, and even got them whipped cream to go on top.
