1. I recently stayed this hotel for new year.

2. I was also pretty upset at all the new hidden charges the new owners have started to level especially as each member of staff I spoke to had a different explanation.

4. We stayed there for 7 nights and while housekeeping was in our room every morning, each day they either forgot to give us a new bottle of body moisturizer, or extra toilet roll, or replacing a hand towel which they had taken.

6. This blend of old and new greets you in the beautiful lobby and leads you down narrow circuitous hallways, which leave you feeling lucky to have found your room.
