5. The location is fantastic - 2 blocks from the Powell/Market transit station with easy access to BART, the subway lines, F trolley line to Castro, Ferry Terminal and Fisherman's Wharf, and the terminus of the Powell/Hyde and Powell/Mason Cable car lines.
