4. It is truly a shame, because this Grand Dame has great potential and I hope the current owners either replace those 1980 aluminum windows with something more up to date or warn prospective sleepers that another room might be more accommodating.

We checked in, the top floor was to high for my partner, they accommodated, another floor was too close to gym, a little noisy, they accommodated, another room became too small, smaller than the first room, they accommodated, we finally settled on a room and they performed all this with a smile and complete patience and appeased us in every way.
