2. Maybe all the reviews such as this on here who hate on this sneaky fee being added with no good reason to make the rates look lower when booking will make the management understand that many people would rather pay $15 for a hotel they keep coming back to because they feel it is a good fit.

3. First, the good: the attractive lobby flanked by the Bar Norcini (excellent coffee drinks, panini and pastries) and Kuletos Restaurant which was so good we ate dinner there twice.

7. Rooms are ok however our bathroom was not cleaned that good which is off putting, but the rest of the room was fine.

8. The only good things about this hotel is 1) beautiful lobby, 2) location (very close to Union Square) and 3) bath products.
