1. Overall, the lack of space can be overlooked since this hotel is smack dab in the heart of union square and you have all the best stores and restaurants right at your fingertips, so tiny didn't ruffle my feathers too much.

6. The staff did their best but they were also aware that the hotel was not adequately insulated from street noise and my guess is that we were not the only ones complaining.
