8. When I booked this hotel it was mainly because of location for business, but I'm glad I did, because the location is just one of many reasons why this place was great.

9. Final tip: Use the parking structure on the diagonally-opposite corner of Suttor and Stockton, for reasonably-priced parking in SF.

10. I'll put that down to a clash of personalities as the rest of the recpetion and staff were very nice and see no reason to hold the hotel for blame for this as everything else was great.
