1. The only positive I can say about the place is it is open really late at night.

3. The hotel is located in the best position in SF, near all the city tourist attractions or financial district if you're there for business.

10. We were in no real position to turn these down and while the Hyatt promised to refund our credit cards with the difference in price, the fact is that this is a pretty shoddy business practise all round.
