7. Food was generally of a good standard, albeit, the hot buffet items did tend to be on the 'lukewarm' side, so by the time back to your table, items often cold.

9. In general San Francisco is a VERY NOISY place and I was woke up several times by trolley bells ringing but I didn't feel that was something the hotel could control.

10. So, the location is great - the rooms look really great and bed was amazingly comfortable - but the systems in general were just not operable enough to provide a 'worry-free' stay.
