1. All we have to say is that we had a perfect wifi signal from reception to our room, and also in the Level 36 restaurant (highly recommended too, to have dinner or just to have a cocktail).

3. I did not found anything wrong, quite the contrary: ubication is perfect, touching Union Square, the place that can be considered the middle of the downtown; it is full of restaurants and there are plenty of shops nearby, such as Apple Store, Macy's, Oakley, and so on.

7. - massive sink (i mean 3x the size of a standard bathroom)- glass table top in the bathroom (perfect for placing your hot hair tools without wrecking the counters)-4+ elevators (the wait was never long)Room Cons:- lack of drawer space in the closet (3 tiny tiny drawers)- not enough places to put your towels, there were a couple of hooks for your bath towels but no where to put your face/hand towelsBreakfast was held daily in their restaurant on the 36th floor.

10. Staff at the hotel was very friendly - and the hotel is in a PERFECT spot to walk to many of the parts of SFO that you'd want to visit for shopping, sights and meals.
