2. Everyone who would normally be walking to the Moscone center was trying to catch a taxi, and he and his staff took care of each and every one of us, while also taking exquisite care of arriving guests, and people checking out.

3. Being that it was a modern fancy sink I did not realize that you had to push the stopper to open it (what a disgusting design and why didn't the guy leave it open when he came the first time?)Anyway, after all the maintenance was taken care of we really enjoyed our stay.
