4. Catching a bus or the BART is as simple as walking a couple blocks, restaurants are plentiful for a close place to eat and the hotel itself is very accommodating and clean.

5. Check-out : front desk tried to charge us for 6 nights accommodation (which had already been pre-paid through Virgin holidays) - this was quickly rectified once I complained.

7. Nicely renovated rooms and accommodating staff but the hotel lacks a lobby to sit down in (perhaps that will change after the public area renovations are complete) and no business center to print a document from.
