1. I found that the lobby was always a hotbed of sometimes chaotic, loud activity--and the decor was a bit dated, but the staff were very gracious and we loved our room.

5. Was upgraded to a lovely, spacious corner room on the concierge floor which afforded a view of the Bay Bridge and SF skyline - even Skyped my little niece in Dublin to show her the City.
