9. We are in the second decade of the 21st century and It is time for hotel's like the Marriott Marquis to offer an online experience that is as impressive and useful as the restaurants, elevator banks, public gathering areas, and house cleaning.

10. It has the comforts and amenities that we have come to expect of a large hotel; decently sized rooms, several lounge areas and restaurants, nice decor, and staff to get everything running smoothly and keep the spaces clean and tidy.
