1. This hotel is very conviently located, we arrived late from Los Angeles, no body to help with luggage, the front desk was very nice very quick check in also considered my request for higher floor room.

10. The bell person who helped us with our luggage gave us free certificates for a wine bar and gave us a credit at the bar at the top of the hotel.
