2. We are in the second decade of the 21st century and It is time for hotel's like the Marriott Marquis to offer an online experience that is as impressive and useful as the restaurants, elevator banks, public gathering areas, and house cleaning.

4. Most impressive was their control of the New Year's Eve crowd with wristbands that allowed access to the hotel only for guests after 6:00 pm.
