3. I'm a Bay Area local but I often look for a reasonably priced, clean place close to Moscone center so I don't have to make the long drive home during late conference nights.

6. It's very conveniently located (about halfway between Union Square and Market St), and as long as you avoid the rooms facing onto Powell, reasonably quiet.

7. The Internet was reasonably priced if you stay for a week or more (then you can buy the $30 monthly rate instead of the $10 a day rate) and was adequate for my needs (checking email, connecting to tourist sites, google maps etc).

9. Con's; the continued saga of a one elevator hotel, room pretty small, for some reason they don't do the billing there so I was unable to obtain a receipt or even a document that showed my daily rate.
