1. This is a hotel you stay at if you want to be right in the Powell street area, near the convention center, be near the nightlife, but not plan to stay in the room except to sleep.

5. Powell St was close to everything (except the water), and the cable cars passed right in front of the hotel, though you had to walk a wee bit to the stop (no problem there).

6. The deluxe room on the 3rd floor, I think we were in room 303, was ok for us except that there is not much space in the bathroom for toiletries.

7. The rooms are VERY small, we didn`t have a view (except of a brick wall), but we stayed in the center of SF for less than $70 a night, and that`s hard to beat.
