5. the old fashioned trams actually run up and down past the hotel so its really nice to see those everyday when you step out of the hotel.

6. Excellent location - 2 min walk and you are on market st where all the shops are loads of eating places around like a burger king, a diner called lori's that do nice food, couple of irish pubs, plus loads more for almost every type of food.
