In summarisation I would say that this was a fine enough place for most to stay, its quite cheap ( for San Fran, we stayed at the Rex last visit and that has trebled in price in just 4 years), its location is superb, its quite fun and funky, it has a swimming pool ( not heated I don`t think and a bit open next to the street ), its on a quiet street and it`s safe.
