1. This place looked a little funky from the photos online, but we assumed that because it was part of the Joi de Vivre chain that we were safe.

3. In summarisation I would say that this was a fine enough place for most to stay, its quite cheap ( for San Fran, we stayed at the Rex last visit and that has trebled in price in just 4 years), its location is superb, its quite fun and funky, it has a swimming pool ( not heated I don`t think and a bit open next to the street ), its on a quiet street and it`s safe.

4. Couples or families on a budget should find all this acceptable however, the funky interior paintings and wall colours brighten things up and gives a sunny `holiday` feel to the rooms and certainly is better than acres of beige/ white which i`m sure it would have been a few years ago.

5. The hotel is really funky joint with a great feel, and the suite was spacious and nice.

6. This hotel is really funky and colorful- they provide free breakfast and coffee in the morning, free internet and is one of the ONLY places that provides free parking in the city.
