1. great location, safe area (the lady that lives in one of the many houses said so), free parking, interesting restaurants close by, old fashion movie theatre too.

2. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience in Hotel Del Sol: the price is good, it has a great 'feel' to it and it's very well located (you can walk one or two blocks and take buses to Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, etc).
