5. Expansive B&B, you r better off staying in a travelodge or some where cheaper with parking and no breakfast but with a kettle or microwave and pay for your breakfast.

8. Couples or families on a budget should find all this acceptable however, the funky interior paintings and wall colours brighten things up and gives a sunny `holiday` feel to the rooms and certainly is better than acres of beige/ white which i`m sure it would have been a few years ago.

9. However, the room was clean/ed every day and had no glaring faults that made occupation distasteful and we actually found it reasonably pleasant, I can only assume that the nicer / larger rooms looking out over the courtyard would be slightly better and more pleasant still.

10. Giving this Motel three stars is a bit unfair but at the same time there are things it can not better simply because of what it inherently is which is an old fashioned Motel but with an updated image.
