1. The glittering Palace in San Francisco is conveniently located near Union Square and the Museum of Modern Art, but it manages to feel somehow tucked away with its main entrance on the smallish new Montgomery Street.

3. I will credit the hotel for installing new flat screen televisions, but that seems to be the only new thing put in the room in over 10 years.

4. When my NEW car was brought out to me by valet, it had a scratch on it , like it was scrapped along the parking structure.

5. As for street noise that lots of guests complained about, our suite faced new Montgomery instead of Market so it was fine.

7. It is very comfortable,very good location on the corner of Market street and new Montgomery street where is in a short walk distance of the most important atractions.

8. 10 and we could wheel our 2 pieces of luggage all the way from the airport to the hotel without any problems (use 'new Montgomery' exit).

9. This time we enjoyed a travel bonus because the San Francisco Chinese new Year Parade started at 5:15PM just one block away, and proceeded up Market right under our window.
