3. I admit I'm hooked on the Palace, ride the train from the airport it literally drops you at the front of the hotel on Montgomery, the breakfast room stained glass ceiling is amazing and the staff is friendly and offer great service.

10. There is also a tram stop quite close to the hotel as well, this is of great benefit for doing your sight seeing, you can get a tram which takes you to all the major sights, including the piers where the boats for Alcatraz depart.
