1. The hotel staff were all very friendly and service was mostly exceptional.

Besides, we bought a Citypass for $69 and included was admission to 6 attractions plus a 7-day MUNI pass (just the MUNI pass would normally cost $28) that allowed us to take all kinds of transportation (except BART) to a lof of famous attractions like Fisherman's Wharf, North Beach, Telegraph Hill, Crookedest Street, Chinatown, Nob Hill, etc.
