1. Isn't this something that housekeeping should take care of? There needs to be a warning or a control mechanism for the hot water.

10. After a long haul flight from Australia to San Francisco, arriving around 7:00 pm at the hotel, we were grateful to be welcomed by a helpful, smiling and cheerful doorman who took care of parking our rental car without hesitation.
