9. Are you still reading and taking notes? How would you like to spend a day in Napa/Sonoma on a wine tasting tour? Many of travelers book one of the tour buses which take you to a few commercial wineries in Napa.

10. We had dinner at the Ritz Carlton Dining Room and I can honestly say that their 7 course tasting menu was the best meal I have ever had (and that includes top restaurants in Europe, Gary Danko`s, et al).
