8. One day we used a rental car to travel to Saratoga for a concert and we arranged it through the hotel -they have a special deal with Hertz and they delivered the car to the hotel which was an added convenience.

9. We found the hotel very conveniently located; we shopped in Chinatown and Union Square- walked down to the Ferry Building- took a pedicab over to Fishermans Wharf (overly crowded) and hiked it back up to the hotel because the trolley from FWharf was very crowded and had an hour wait time.
