1. Enough about the food and drink -- all free on the club level -- and on to accolades for the hotel staff.

2. The bad points for me were that I could hear my neighbors through the walls ( hits might depend on the room and location of beds), wifi which is free is not dependable or usable in at least one wing of the hotel ( and I had to move rooms after a day to be able to work.

5. - large room with large screen, dvd player, airco, coffee machine, Bulgari bath products- free internet if you are on the club level otherwise you have to pay.

6. Very convenient location, plus if you are going somewhere close to the hotel they have a car service free, but make sure you tip the driver, they are super friendly.

8. The Ritz with minimal prior notice, welcomed us for our 20th anniversary with chocolate covered strawberries, a free music CD of 1991 hits, other goodies and made it a great experience all the way around.
